Skye Fredman

Royal Academy of Dance Registered Teacher + Progressing Ballet Technique

Born and raised in Manly, Sydney, Skye commenced classical ballet training at the age of 3. At 11, she moved to the Tanya Pearson Classical Coaching Academy, where she completed the RAD examination process up to Advanced 2 by the age of 16.

This was followed by two years of full-time pre-professional ballet training at Lamont Professional Coaching, directed by Suzanne Way, and Classical Ballet 121, directed by Gilly Revie. While training with Gilly Revie, Skye was awarded a one-year coaching scholarship with Julie Wells, a former dancer with the Australian Ballet and a tutor with the Royal Academy of Dance.

Skye has been teaching for the past 8 years, specialising in RAD, open ballet, lyrical, contemporary, and PBT. She is a registered teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance, having graduated from their Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies in 2021.

As a passionate dance teacher, Skye aims to help all students progress as ballet dancers. She creates a holistic and nurturing environment for students of all ages and skill levels.

About SF Little Ballet

Introducing “Little Ballet” by Miss Skye, bespoke ballet lessons for children aged between 3 - 6. At SF Classical Coaching, we offer small classes up to 10 children ensuring each child receives individual support.

In our SF Little Ballet program, children explore the magic of ballet while enhancing their physical abilities. From building strength and flexibility to improving coordination and balance, each movement is a step towards their physical well-being. Ballet classes stimulate cognitive functions as children engage in memory exercises, rhythm exploration, and problem-solving activities.

Guided by the Royal Academy of Dance Pre-Primary Ballet syllabus, our classes teach fundamental techniques while igniting imagination and a spark of a lifelong love for dance.

Join us at SF Little Ballet to create magic through dance.
